Telecommunications Cabling/ Infrastructure Services

It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara - Facilities and Fleet Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide TELECOMMUNICATIONS CABLING/INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES on an "as needed" basis ("Contract"). The term contract shall only be used for installation, repairs, and replacement of cabling infrastructure with County approved equivalents. The contract shall be for a period of two (2) years, with option to renew for an additional one (1) year term, unless terminated or otherwise amended. Total contract sum shall not exceed two million dollars ($2,000,000). There is no guaranteed minimum contract amount. The Contractor must possess a C10 - Electrical or C-7 - Low Voltage Systems Contractor License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
