Description

Work of this Contract in-general comprises of the removal of the existing partial PVC membrane roofing system to existing metal deck including aluminum fascia. Raising existing mechanical equipment as required for new added roof insulation. In stalling new R-30 Roof insulation, Dens Deck protection board and TPO membrane roofing system. Furnish and install new roof drain inserts with new roof drain strainers, and new aluminum perimeter fascia. The work shall also include the removal of the existing composition horizontal siding located on the vertical wall of the existing gymnasium abutting the roof replacement and installation on new waterproof membrane with new aluminum rainscreen wall system.
