Description

Interior renovation and exterior updates to the building siding. An additional means of egress has been added on the west side of the existing building to provide emergency egress from the building. The floating pile-supported docks on the west side of the boathouse building will be expanded in area to meet the demand for more boats and rowers using the facility and needed access to the Charles River. Additional small floating docks tied up to the north, west and south sides of the boathouse building have been added to provide additional dockage for crew boats and community boats.
