Jersey Avenue Elementary School Painting and Exterior Building Improvements Each bid shall be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package in a sealed envelope clearly marked BID NO. 21-22-003 Jersey Avenue Elementary School Painting and Exterior Building Improvements Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation and the full Notice Inviting Bids contained in the bid package, the bid package, Instructions to Bidders, General and Special Conditions, Project Manual, Specifications, Plans and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents. This is a public works prevailing wage project and prior to contracting the selected bidder must be registered with the DIR. All work must conform to approved plans and specifications. The bidder must possess a class B contractor s license. Award of Contract: The District shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsible bidder as determined from the base bid alone by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of bids.
