Description

Questions can be submitted until September 21, 2023. Send all questions in writing to Guy Youmbi (fax #410-224-1261; email: pwyoum21@aacounty.org) The Work includes the following major items: Demolition of the Amberley Water Treatment Plant Facility. Building and monitoring wells demolition at Amberley Well House #1 and Amberley Well House #2. Removal of structures (valves vaults depicted on the contract drawings) from grade to depths of three (3) feet below grade. Abandonment of pipelines undergrounds in accordance with the County Standards. You may join the Zoom meeting for the date and time set on the solicitation. However, the reading of bids will begin approximately 15 minutes after the deadline for submitting them to give staff enough time to assemble the bid responses. Anyone needing special ADA accommodations for the Pre-Bid conference must contact Joelle Ridgeway at 410-222-4383, or by email to agridg24@aacounty.org, at least seven days in advance of the event.
