Glencairn Garden Landscape Drainage Installation

Scope of Work: 1. All work shall be performed by skilled workmen in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. 2. Remove all pavers within circular path. 3. Raise inner path edge elevation by approximately 8 inches. 4. Slope away from inner path edge to outer path edge using a concrete stone base. 5. Install a cobble stone curb to inner edge of circle set in a mortar puddle. (Cobble stone provided by contractor as approved by an authorized member of PRT Staff, ie. Techo-Bloc “Belgik” in selected color from samples). 6. Install two (2) new 12-inch catch basin. 7. Install two (2) new 6-inch smooth wall rigid pipe drains from new catch basins to storm water area. 8. Install river rock (4.5”-6”) for two (2) new dry creek beds. (River rock provided by the contractor with size approved by an authorized member of PRT Staff). 9. Relay existing brick pavers with engraved paver as close as possible to current location. 10. Install new 8 x 8 pavers (supplied by City with engraved pavers as close as possible to current location).
