Architect Paving Replacement, Site Signage Mclean Architects, Llc And Electrical Improvements

The Upper St. Clair School District is requesting bids for Paving Replacement, Site Signage and Electrical Improvements, with two (2) separate prime contracts, one for General Construction and one for Electrical Construction. General Construction work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, erosion and sedimentation control, excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, seeding, asphalt milling and paving, concrete curbs and walks, catch basins and catch basin repairs, speed bumps and parking bumpers, installation of a traffic control lift arm assembly, fencing and gates, bollards, signage, and line painting. Sites for GC work include Upper St. Clair High School, Eisenhower Elementary School, and Baker Elementary School. Electrical Construction work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, electrical conduit and duct banks, installation of wiring, fiber, electrical devices and lighting, site lighting and light poles, installation and wiring of security cameras (cameras provided by owner), and conduit, electrical and low-voltage wiring and connections for an automatic traffic control lift arm assembly (lift arm assembly provided and installed by General Contractor.) Electrical contract work is limited to the Upper St. Clair High School site.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
