Musculoskeletal and short term stay hospital with special accommodations for rehabilitation services for these patient populations. With plans for continued use of the facility as a multi-specialty and rehabilitative hospital, renovation of clinical areas including surgical suites, inpatient units, and specialized therapy areas are needed to meet service demands and to comply with current building standards and design. Additionally, due the age of the building, infrastructure issues need to be addressed to include replacement and enhancements to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as well as repair of the building envelope and enclosure, replacement of fire systems, and correction of Americans with Disabilities. Act (ADA) accessibility issues.
