| Description | To replace approximately 1,400 SF of existing flooring in the office area of the Highway Department Building that is located at 5350 County Highway W in Crandon, Wisconsin. The Contractor is to include the removal of the existing carpet floor covering and vinyl base and the preparation of the concrete substrate to receive the new LVT plank flooring. The height of the new vinyl base is to be a minimum of 4” in height. The flooring to be used is Kardean Longboard Gray. The Contractor is required to include all material and labor for a complete installation with no additional costs to the Owner. |
