Blanket Purchase Agreement- Plumbing Repairs-Supplies/Services

The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, personnel, supervision, vehicles and other items necessary to perform plumbing repairs at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis. The plumbing services required under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) include: repair/replace lavatory faucets, commodes/toilets, backflow assemblies, cartridges, flush valves, royal shower stems, wall-mounted drinking fountains, showerheads, sink aerators, urinals, water filter changes on Elkay bottle filler fountains and backflow inspection/certification as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and shall be bonded and licensed in the state of Texas. Anything identified during the repair that is outside the assigned task will be reported back to the Government for action.
