On-call Roofing Contracting Services

Reference Number 0000317676 The City of Yonkers (the "City") wishes to enter into a twelve (12) month contract with a qualified Contractor to provide On-Call Roofing Contracting Services at various locations throughout the City. The successful Contractor must be an authorized installer of Carlisle, Johns Manville, Silplast, GAF, and Versico Roofing Systems. In addition, the winning Contractor must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems. All Service provided by Contractor to the City shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and codes from time to time established with respect to such Roofing Service. This includes all current laws, regulations and codes as well as any future amendments or modifications. A New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) Prevailing Wage Rate Case Number has been assigned to this project. The PRC number is # 2023004380. Note: This is a rebid of RFB-6756 and RFB-6756A.
