Description

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of existing roof system in its entirety. Includes the removal of a built up roof system and laminated asphalt shingles, and gutter and downspouts. 2. Installation of a new roof system in its entirety. Includes the installation of EPDM singleply membrane including all necessary flashings and laminated shingles as indicated within the contract documents as well as potential replacement of existing materials where damaged as outlined in the unit cost and contingency allowances. Also includes the modification of existing parapet walls, curbing, and flashings to increase the depth of the roofing system.
