Description | This is a lump sum bid contract for Phase 1 Improvements to South Valley Park. The base bid consists of (3) three lump sum unit amounts as described below. Each unit amount shall include all cost required to complete that portion of the project per the drawings and specification. The three unit amounts shall be added together and included at the end as a bid total that shall cover all the work as described in the plans and specifications. 1. SITE WORK: This lump sum unit amount shall include all site work, including: building and site demo and removals, survey and staking, erosion control, earthworks, sanitary and water utility service to shelter, stormwater utilities, concrete and bituminous paving, curbing, concrete steps and handrail, site electrical, landscaping and site restoration as described in the bid documents. Include all mobilizations, permits, fees, and related items required for a complete job. 2. PARK SHELTER: This lump sum unit amount shall include all architectural, structural, mechanical, shelter electrical, and plumbing items as described in the bid documents. Include all mobilizations, permits, fees, and related items required for a complete job. 3. WELL LINE: This lump sum unit amount shall include all work required to complete the well line work for a complete job as described in the bid documents.
