| Description | The contractor shall remove snow and ice from all parking areas, entrances, and sidewalks. (Appendix A) The contractor shall remove snow and ensure a pathway of 3 feet wide on the sidewalks, including the sidewalk that enters the building from the parking area. (Appendix A) The snow shall be removed when accumulation exceeds one (1) inch on sidewalks and two (2) inches on the parking lots. This may require multiple snow and ice removals each day. |
