| Description | The work includes design and construction services to repair/replace the sanitary sewer system at the Jacobs Creek Civilian Conservation Center, Bristol, Tennessee, as required to eliminate inflow and infiltration (I&I) issues. Design services include a full-field investigation consisting of a video camera effort of the entire system, discovery of all sources of inflow and infiltration, and flow metering of select segments of pipe and manholes to determine the relative contributions of inflow and infiltration in order to prioritize the repair/replacement effort. Design services also include topographic survey of any areas designated for pipe or manhole relocation and all manhole invert and top elevations Design efforts will require development of construction documents to be utilized for the repair/replacement effort. |
