Reference Number 0000328692 Henry County Water Authority, hereafter HCWA, is soliciting competitive bids from qualified construction services from a licensed contractor, to pressure clean, repair, and paint at 32x60 foot metal building at our Bear Creek WTP. Surfaces to be painted shall include metal buildings, flashing, trim, and doors. All preparation, caulk and finish work will be performed in accordance with the specifications supplied by Sherwin Williams Paints, the coatings/sealant supplier for this contract. HCWA reserves the right to review all subcontracts prepared in connection with the Agreement, and the Contractor agrees that it shall submit to HCWA proposed subcontract documents together with Subcontractor cost estimates for HCWA's review and written concurrence in advance of their execution. The Contractor shall review the conditions upon site visit, and make an assessment and determine pricing to locate, purchase, deliver and install all specified plants and trees. I. About Henry County Water Authority: The Henry County Water Authority provides water and waste water service to about 65,000 residents and businesses in mostly unincorporated Henry County Georgia. Henry County is a community of approximately 240,000 residents southeast of Atlanta. HCWA was created as an independent agency by the Georgia legislature in 1961.
