Description

Contractor shall repair the Wander management System by removing and replacing the existing (2) Stanley Delayed Egress Model 17036 and all components at the double doors leading into the ward with the SecureCare Door Guardian U-DE in accordance to local, state, federal, OSHA regulations and manufacture’s guideline. This work will be performed in a functioning Medical Center that must remain fully operational during construction. The contractor must coordinate, plan, and schedule work in order to maintain full services to all occupied areas and limit any disruptions, up to and including working off hours
