Parker Sports Complex Phase 1

The City of Parker (hereinafter referred to as City ) seeks bids from Florida-Licensed General Contractors and/or Florida-Licensed Underground Utility Contractors that can provide all permits, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies for the City of Parker Sports Park Complex Phase 1 project, as detailed in the Contract Documents, Specifications and Construction Drawings. The project is located at the City s Sports Park Complex located at 4721 U.S. Business 98 in Parker, Florida and will include, but not be limited to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of two basketball courts, two pickleball courts, and one tennis court; small and large dog run area; installation of fencing throughout the park; and, other restoration activities as detailed on the Construction Drawings. A Bid Bond and Construction Bonds are required for this project. This project is being funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of Disaster Recovery from Hurricane Michael FEMA Project No. DR-4399, Damage No. 253068 and No. 253101. Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to Mandy O Regan at moregan@anchorcei.com. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, June 10, 2022.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
