HVAC Service Provider Marshall Campus

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is issuing this RFP for the purpose of awarding a firm to provide HVAC Services to the TSTC Marshall campus. Suppliers that will be bidding this solicitation are required to review the inventory of units list in the Scope of Work, as well as other required services and provide an all in monthly cost. All parts and labor must be included in the monthly cost for the repair. Awarded supplier will take full responsibility of keeping all equipment running at all times with no additional labor, trip, and parts costs. Supplier must be able to provide service on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days per week basis and must be able to respond to service calls within 8 hours. This service will be for one (1) year with the option to renew for one (1) additional year starting on the date of the award letter that will be issued to the selected supplier. Your submitted bid must cover two (2) years of service. TSTC is anticipating the value of the contract for the term of two (2) years to be over $100,000, therefore, a signed HUB Subcontracting Plan must be submitted to be a valid solicitation response.
