| Description | Project: This project improvements to the Township Community Center’s existing gymnasium roof, located at 2900 Farmersville Road, Bethlehem PA 18020, includes; the replacement of the existing Kalwal partitions on the project east, west and south sides. The existing roof insulation adjacent to the gym walls will be removed down to the metal deck that is to remain, and replaced with R-30 roof insulation. The Kalwal partitions will be removed and replaced with a new insulated infilled partition including a single skin metal panel on the exterior. There will be no work on the remainder of the building. The project includes no change of the use group. |
