Description

The purpose of this IFB is to select a service provider (hereinafter "Bidder"), secure firm prices and establish a firm fixed unit-price contract for the provision of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) air filtration services that are common and necessary to the operations and infrastructure of an educational facility. SBAC currently serves a population of approximately 29,000 students, located in forty-three (43) schools and centers, and maintains seven (07) other ancillary facility sites (hereinafter "service sites").
