Water Meter Bench Testing System

The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting firms to submit bids on Solicitation Number 2022B-43. The work requires the winning bidder to provide a computerized automated gravimetric water meter test bench capable of testing 5/8, 3/4, 1, 1.5 and 2 water meters. In order to be considered a responsible bidder, attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is required. Failure to attend and sign the attendance sheet at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will result in your bid being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for review and award by the District. Prospective bidders will be expected to have read and reviewed the Contract. No bid packages will be distributed at the Pre-Bid Conference. Prospective Bidders will be able to ask questions of the District staff regarding the project during the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference. Bidders are required to attend the Pre-Bid Conference to familiarize themselves with the location, scope of work to be done and conditions which would affect the Contractors work. Questions on the solicitation may also be submitted in writing by email no later than 4:00 PM (local time) on January 27, 2023 to the MDC Procurement Department, Attn: Ted Sweeney at tsweeney@themdc.com.
