Utility Locator (Underground) HCPS is seeking Bids from experienced and qualified vendors interested in providing the goods and services referenced herein. The provision of the goods and services herein include, but not limited to, provide underground utilities location, detection and flagging or paint marking of various underground utilities, such as but not limited to gas lines, water lines, sewer lines, phone lines, cable lines, etc., and the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications.
