| Description | Grayson County is accepting sealed bids for a contract for the purchase of steel culverts. It is the intent of these specifications to describe culverts suitable for use along county roads. All products must be delivered to the site to be chosen by each Commissioner precinct. DURATION OF AGREEMENT: The duration of this agreement is for an annual contract commencing on the date of the award and continuing for a twelve (12) month period. Grayson County reserves the right to extend this contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods as it deems to be in the best interest of Grayson County, and mutually agreed upon. Grayson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to award based on the lump sum price. |
