| Description | For the replacement of existing Mechanical operated Louvers for Make-up Air Intake at Kennedy Plaza Apartments and Sisson Manor Apartments The work is to be completed at the following locations: Kennedy Plaza Apartments, 5111 Bingham, Dearborn, MI 48126 Sisson Manor Apartments, 1515 Mason, Dearborn, MI 48124 • Provide and install new adjustable aluminum louver and frame assemblies, sensors, operators, and motors. • All electrical work necessary for installation is to be included including all new wiring and/or panels required for installation to meet current code. • New louvers are to be sized to existing openings, and controls and operators programmed to provide air flow and temperature protection as necessary to existing coil(s) and equipment. |
