Description | To Design, Provide and Install a Pavilion at Coyne Park 1. Dimensions: 24'W x 40'L x 8' H (Pavilion), Open at Gable ends, No intermediate posts. 2. Provide stamped and sealed plans by New York State (NYS) PE or RA, designed to 2020 Building Code of NYS and obtain approval from City of Yonkers Department of Housing and Buildings (DHB) prior to installation. 3. 4x6 poles .23 MCA treated, poles 8' on center in all areas except where 10' is allowable on gable ends. 4. Siding: No side steel or purlins. 5. Roofing: Everlast Roofing OMNI AZM125® with color bond (or equal)-Minimum 27 gauge metal roof-50-year warranty, 6. 24' Standard Trusses 4' on center with 4/12 pitch, snow load by code design. 7. Overhangs-Eaves Overhang: OH 1', Gables overhang: OH 1'. 8. Insulation: Liner Panel: Ceiling White 9. Misc.: 2x6 Skirtboard.60 Treated w/barrier tape, 10. Trusses to be designed for NY Snow and wind Loads. 11. 6" Aluminum gutters and leaders 12. Include footings, 42" deep. 13. Foundation design included, assume 2000 psf soil bearing capacity. 14. Posts to be secured to galvanized post anchors set in each footing. Design by manufacturers engineer to resist all loads in accordance with 2020 NYS Building code. 15. Provide (2) Two surveys– (1) one foundation survey and the (2nd) second a final survey, showing new building, existing adjacent buildings, fencing, and property line. Building layout should be performed by the surveyor to ensure correct separation from the existing building. 16. Provide final certification letter from design professional to DHB that building was installed in accordance with plans and specifications. 17. Building to be supplied by manufacturer experienced in similar buildings who has been in continuous operation for a minimum of 10 years. 18. City Park and Recreation will be responsible to removing and re-installing fencing at site. |
