| Description | Stutsman County Commission will receive price quotations for labor and parts for plumbing and heating for Stutsman County for the period of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Quotations for labor are to be submitted on a NET PRICE PER HOUR OF LABOR BASIS. The quotes for the plumbing and heating parts are to be submitted on a COST PLUS PERCENTAGE BASIS. *Please indicate on the front of the envelope that it is for a "Plumbing and Heating Quote". Bidders must carry a $1 million liability policy and certificate must be included with the quote. After the award of bid is completed, the County must be listed as an additional insured. The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive any irregularities, to accept any quotes that are in the best interest of the County, and to hold all quotes until the next regularly scheduled meeting. |
