VVMC Pipe Storage Warehouse

The City of Irving Water Utilities and Capital Improvement Program Departments would like to invite local contractors to bid on the work outlined in the following Competitive Sealed Proposal request. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to construct in place a pipe storage warehouse as detailed in the bid drawings and specifications associated with this CSP at the City's Valley View Complex, located at 333 Valley View Lane in Irving, Texas. The contractor will need to register with the City's Inspection Department and will need to pull permits for all trades utilized in the completion of this contract. There will be no fee charged for the permits of for inspections. The City will not reimburse the Contractor for any water used to perform the work as required in this contract. The Contractor shall comply with all requirements for solid waste disposal in the City of Irving. Work of this Project is described as an unconditioned 5,000 SF pipe storage warehouse with CMU masonry and pre-engineered metal panel walls and two coiling shutter doors located at 333 Valley View Ln., Irving TX 75061.
