Town Hall Rest Room Renovations

Major items of construction are generally as follows: 1) Selective Demolition of Rest Rooms; 2) Tile Floor Replacement; 3) Millwork and Interior Finishes; and 4) Replacement of Plumbing, Lighting and HVAC Fixtures Repair and renovation of three (3) existing Rest Rooms consisting of collectively approximately 381 square feet located on the First Floor of the Town Hall building. More particularly, the work will include selective demolition, removal and replacement of existing tile flooring, repair and cleaning of ceramic wall tile, relocation of existing doors, removal and replacement of millwork, ceiling tiles, lighting, HVAC and plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions and accessories.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
