MBE Participation (%) 30.0The City of Baltimore, Office of Boards and Commissions has been requested by the Department of Public Works, Office of Engineering and Construction (OEC), to advertise for services of qualified Civil/Environmental engineering firms to perform On-Call/Urgent Need Design and Engineering Services for Quarantine Road Landfill and Millennium Landfill expansion (QRLMLE) and compliance related activities at the Quarantine Road Landfill (QRL) and other Bureau of Solid Waste facilities The City intends to select engineering services of two (2) firms for a period of five (5) years with one two (2) year option at the estimated cost in the amount of $5,000,000 for each firm. DPW reserves the right to have a second interview with the eligible firms.
