Bids received after the time and date listed will be returned un-opened (at Owner's discretion). 2. Bid security payable to the Owner in the amount of 5% of the total Bid, shall be executed by the Bidder in the form of certified check, bank draft, or acceptable surety. 3. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Payment and Performance Bond. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of Ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. Bidding Schedule: The Owner anticipates all work contemplated in the Construction Documents shall commence July 24, 2023 and be finally complete no later than September 1, 2023 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
