Gallagher Well No.1 Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of our existing well using the methods outlined in this proposal. Installation of a new pump, motor and discharge assembly. Camera survey before & after. Test pumping. Furnishing, installing and commissioning pump equipment and controls. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as GALLAGHER WELL NO.1 REHABILITATION according to drawings and specifications as prepared by the North Marin Water District and according to the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Rehabilitation of our existing well using the methods outlined in this proposal. 2. Installation of a new pump, motor and discharge assembly 3. Camera survey before & after 4. Test pumping 5. Furnishing, installing and commissioning pump equipment and controls The location of the project site is: 14500 Point Reyes-Petaluma Road, Point Reyes Station, CA 94956 The Contract time for Substantial Completion of all the Work is hereby established as 40 working days beginning with the date of the Notice to Proceed from the District.
