DNR Multi-Division Storage Facility

The bidder’s scope of work consists of the construction of a one-story storage building, approximately 24,560 s.f. in area. The building will be a pre-engineered metal building with a concrete foundation and slab-on-grade. The facility will consist of heated and unheated spaces with interior concrete masonry unit partitions and a single bay steel framed mezzanine with a concrete slab floor. Building access will be by means of overhead doors and hollow metal man-doors. A continuous, 20-foot wide concrete apron will be provided on two sides of the building at the overhead doors. All drives are to be gravel. The utilities, water, electric and sanitary are to be extensions of existing on-site services. Electrical is restricted to general power and interior and exterior, building mounted, LED lighting. Relocation of equipment and the surrounding fence of the “Bullpen” outdoor storage will be performed by the Owner. Excavation for construction preparation and final grading will be performed by the contractor.
