West Parking Lot Improvements

The major components of work include demolition and removal of 3,375 SY of asphalt paving, removal of 460 LF of combination curb and gutter, and removal of 1,285 SF of sidewalks. 1,625 CY of total earthwork; placement of 1,125 CY of compacted aggregate base course; placement of 2,900 SY of hot-mix asphalt and placement of 725 CY of aggregate base (CA-6); installation of 682 LF of concrete curb and gutter; and installation of 3,980 SF of concrete pads and sidewalks. Additional components of work includes, installation of stormwater conveyance systems, pavement striping, and miscellaneous landscape restoration work including seeding and installation of 820 SY of erosion control blanket. The project includes two (2) alternates for additional stormwater conveyance systems within the site's courtyards.
