| Description | The scope of the work for this project includes the removal of all necessary stucco, moisture barriers, trims, flashings and metal windows, insulation, vapor barriers and associated gypsum board and trim, wiring and other rough and finish electrical or other communication components and water damaged portions of sheathing, studs, plates, sills and other structural members in both one and two story portions of affected walls. In addition, it would include the repair, rebuilding and finishing of all wall studs, plates, sills and other structural members, sheathing and connections, and the of installation for new windows, flashings, trim, weather barriers, sealants, insulation, vapor barriers, gypsum board, wiring and other communication components, stucco, and other associated trim elements. |
