Engineering - 2022 East Side Conveyance Bundle

A general outline of work required is provided in this RFQ. This is not intended to be all- inclusive, as a detailed scope of work will be developed during negotiations with the selected Offeror. The project scope includes planning, design, and construction phase engineering services. The expected duration of the project bundle is approximately 8 years. Planning services will include preparation of a Business Case Evaluation (BCE) that includes development and evaluation of alternatives and recommends an alternative that addresses the project needs. It must evaluate the existing sewer segments and address the sewer segments that are listed as at-risk and sewer segments that are structurally deficient. Planning work shall also include but is not limited to project management, risk assessment, and development of an opinion of probable construction cost of the proposed recommendation. Planning work may also include environmental and ecological services, modeling, geotechnical investigations and report, and topographic surveying services dependent upon the development and needs of the BCE.
