The work includes selective demolition, finishes, masonry work related to a new exhaust louver, toilet partitions, light gauge metal framing, drywall finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The completed renovation will have a new boys and girls restrooms and a new unisex single shower room created within the limits of the existing restrooms.
