Town of Oro Valley is conducting a competitive one-step request for qualifications process with the intent of establishing Job Order Contracts (JOCs) for Building and Facility Construction, Maintenance, Repair, Alteration, and Modifications. The Town intends to award up to 5 JOC contracts Notice is hereby given that the Town of Oro Valley is conducting a competitive one-step request for qualifications process with the intent of establishing Job Order Contracts (JOCs) for Building and Facility Construction, Maintenance, Repair, Alteration, and Modifications. The Town intends to award up to 5 JOC contracts. All inquiries and questions regarding this solicitation must be directed in writing to: Kelsey Wuoti, Contract Specialist, at kwuoti@orovalleyaz.gov. The term of this contract will be one year with four (4) one-year renewal options by the Town. Services will be requested on an as needed, if needed basis and the resultant contracts are neither exclusive nor a commitment by the Town that the JOC's services will be required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
