Resurfacing of Butler Township Roads

RESURFACING OF BUTLER TOWNSHIP ROADS In accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in the office of the Butler Township Trustees. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished by the Township and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes endorsed by the Bidder and marked: "BID - RESURFACING OF BUTLER TOWNSHIP ROADS" All federal rules and requirements with respect to equal employment opportunity (EEO) shall be in force with respect to the contract. Bidders must comply with current Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Improvements in Darke County, Ohio as determined by the United States Department of Labor, Wage, and Hour Division. Bidders must be prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for appropriate work types. If the Bid Guaranty is furnished in Bond form, it shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Bidder shall submit original and two copies of all submitted bid materials. The Butler Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids and to award the contract to the bidder, or bidders, who, in their opinion, offer the lowest and/or best proposal.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
