Poured In Place Installation and Repair Services

Scope: The general scope of services required for installation and repair services includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Install new PIP based on approved construction documents or on site meeting. Restoration of all disturbed areas to include topsoil and turf seeding that were disturbed during services performed. Site Preparation, Excavation, Removal and disposal of spoils if necessary. Provide waste receptacle if required to accommodate excess construction debris. Must have all underground utilities marked prior to installation. All services performed must follow ASTM & CPSC Guidelines. Price includes cutting out worn areas, disposal and installation of new surface. Price includes any stone necessary to fill sink holes. Price includes all freight, vehicle and travel expenses. Match all surfaces to existing, which includes color and/or texture and elevation.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
