Rock Cut Elementary School Gymnasium Addition Rebid and Harlem Middle School

The work includes but is not limited to construction of: 1) 4,825 sf gymnasium addition to Rock Cut Elementary School. Refer to the Project Manual, Specifications, and the Working Drawings for the full extent of the Work that will be required.Work is to be awarded to multiple prime contracts. A Bid Security of 5% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The bid packages are Site Work, Concrete, Pre-Cast Concrete Walls, Masonry, Structural & Miscellaneous Steel and Erection, Carpentry & Interiors, Roofing, Resilient & Athletic Flooring, Athletic Equipment & Scoreboards, Plumbing, HVAC and Electric.
