Georgetown Housing Authority is soliciting bids for the following project: DHCD # 105069 Common Area Flooring Replacement Project Documents are available through www. projectdog.com on Wednesday April 26, 2023. Project Code 854910 Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday May 8, 2023 @ 10:00 AM. Please meet at the community building located on Trestle Way - Georgetown, MA Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Friday May 19, 2023 ET - 4/28/23 Question Deadline 05/15/2023 at 4:00 PM ET The inspection is an opportunity to visit and observe the site only. Any oral interpretations offered at the site inspection are non-binding. Any questions must be submitted in writing to the Designer, at the e-mail address on the Project Manual cover, no later than 4:00 PM on the Monday prior to the date stated above for the bid opening. PROJECT ADDRESS: Units 4, 27, 29, and 31 , Trestle Way ,Georgetown, MA 01833 The Project consists of: Removal of existing common entry space flooring, stair treads, and wall base. New work will include preparation of existing floor sheathing as required for new floor finish, provide/install new flooring, provide/install new stair treads, and provide/install new wall base.
