| Description | The project consists of the following: i. Maintenance of concrete spalling bigger than 3/4 " ii. Remove and replace existing broken tiles at skate park bowl iii. Remove and replace existing sealant at joints between existing skate park and existing stamped concrete walkway iv. Maintenance of concrete cracks bigger than 3/8" wide v. Maintenance of concrete spalling at joints bigger than 1/2 " vi. Seal all sawcut joints vii. Seal all concrete cracks 3/16" wide viii. Maintenance of concrete spalling on vertical walls and sack and patch smooth finish ix. Install temporary fence x. Power wash concrete xi. Site Security (including signage) xii. The Contractor will be responsible for supporting all site work. Project schedule will be coordinated with the City's project manager before any work begins.
