Description

This project includes site improvements and a new single story 16,267 sf Senior Citizen's building. The structural system is concrete footings, concrete slab on grade floor slabs, steel columns, steel beams and steel roof joists. Exterior materials include brick, stucco, and insulated storefront/curtain wall. The roof is a TPO membrane roof system. The HVAC system are roof top units with ductwork and a plenum return system. The building is fully sprinkled. Lighting fixtures are LED. The project includes a moveable partition.
