Taxiway A Rehabilitation - Nez Perce County Airport

Work generally consists of the pavement rehabilitation of Taxiway A and improvements to the Taxiway Safety Area to include construction of a retaining wall. Work includes drainage improvements - pavement rotomilling - excavation - base course - bituminous pavement - pavement markings - topsoil - seeding - electrical improvements - and other miscellaneous items. A Bid Guaranty - payable in cash - by cashiers check - certified check or bid bond - of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT AMOUNT will be required. Each bidder must supply all the information required by the Bid Documents and Specifications. The Lewiston-Nez Perce County Airport Authority - in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252 - 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations - hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement - [select businesses - or disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race - color - national origin (including limited English proficiency) - creed - sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity) - age - or disability in consideration for an award.
