Reclamation of Wells - Package 1

This bid should include the full cost to reclaim the well sites and facility sites. 1) contact landowner and go over the reclaim plan. 2) Remove surfacing material from site. 3) Remove contamination down to 4’ or to levels of 10,000 ppm with no free product for TPH and Electrical conductivity (EC) of 2000 micro siemens/cm. 4) Recontour the site, rip the site to alleviate compaction, and spread 6 inches of topsoil. 6) Seed with native grass or seed specified by landowner.
