EHHS Greenhouse Glass Replacement

This work is to include all new glass, seals and proper rubber seals, butyl seals, and new retaining trim as described herein. All glass panels are to be double solar tempered glass. Approximately 440 glass units double clear one side is safety tempered glass panels, other is tempered glass. Green house will require total disassembly of glass panels from the framed structure and proper cleaning of any debris or dirt, and resealing of the rubber gaskets on glass panels and framing, to include an approved made for glass caulking as needed. Any weeps that are dirty or plugged are to be cleaned and reopened to insure proper drainage prior to new glass reassembly. Aluminum retention strapping/framing members that were ice bent, to be replaced.
