Scope details have not been released. As of August 24, 2022 the project is in early planning stage. A pre-application meeting was held March 31, 2022 with the Clark County Community Development department. No additional submissions have been made to the county. Information regarding the developer, architect, general contactor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
