Description

DCAMM Certificate Roof Replacements and Repairs to various pump stations throughout the City and neighboring towns. The Base Bid scope of work includes replacement of roofs and selective repairs to the Bickford, Marshall, and Mare Meadow pump stations. Bid Alternate work includes replacement of roofs and selective repairs to three additional pump stations. Work will also include removal and disposal of asbestos containing roof materials, removal and replacement of exterior doors and louvers, removal and infill of existing windows and openings, selective repair and repointing of brick masonry walls and preparation and painting of interior walls and ceilings.
