Copperfield Elementary School - CPS Transformer Replacement

CPS Transformer Replacement at Copperfield Elementary School, located at 7595 TX-1604 Loop, Converse, TX 78109. Scope of project will include the relocation of the CPS transformer, removal and replacement of the existing drive to accommodate the new transformer location, storm drainage improvements, and all other work as shown on the construction plans. All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than 2:00 PM, on Friday, April 14, 2023. Inquiries should be identified by title, date, proposal number, and should be submitted and posted to Judson ISD Public Purchase site. Judson ISD will then forward all inquiries to the Architect. Inquiries sent in any other format and/ or any other party will not be considered. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than July 24, 2023 assuming that the successful Offeror is given notice of its top ranking on or before May 19, 2023. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Alternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work.
